Responsibilities:

• Assist to the HR team to handle administration and supporting works
• Perform accurate data and update information on schedule
• Support front desk services and back-office administration
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration / Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• With hands-on experience of clerical support includes data update, filing, material preparation and organization etc.
• Strong in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 速成 (is a MUST)
• Able to work independently, as well as a good team worker
• Willing to do, well-organized and detail-minded
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
