Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve divisional objectives, including P&L targets.
• Lead pre‑sales activities: qualification, solution design, demos, proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations with customers and partners.
• Manage vendor, various teams and subordinates to ensure timely completion of contract work and revenue recognition within the approved costing sheet.
• Control subcontractor costs and collaborate with the bid team to maximize gross profit contribution.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate, and attend meetings with customers, consultants, architects, and contractors for successful implementation and completion.
• Prepare and oversee testing, commissioning, and training handover to clients or maintenance teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship to minimize rework and corrective service.
• Support the bid team in accurate cost estimation for tenders and propose initiatives to improve job costing accuracy.
• Prepare necessary site documentation and reports for projects in progress.
• Attend site meetings and produce detailed site reports.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Chrome Office).
• Extensive knowledge and experience in security system design, integration, hardware, and software.
• Strong presentation and communication skill.
• Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
