Responsibilities:
 

• Assist the team in copy-writing and checking marketing brochures, executive speeches, statements to the media, and press releases;

• Assist the team in the development and execution of advertising planning, media buying, advertisement production;

• Print & production of all event-related materials such as brochures, flyers, preview, posters, catalogue and post-show reports, e-newsflash, e-flyer, e-card;

• Coordinate all kinds of onsite media support for and during shows;

• Handle clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably in PR, Communications, Language, Journalism or equivalent;

• Minimum 2 years’ solid working experience in PR or Marketing Communications with strong contacts to media in Hong Kong is an advantage;

• English native speaker is an advantage;

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese with excellent copy-writing skills is a must;

• Good organization skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and media relations skills;

• Good knowledge in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing;

• Well-organized, detail-minded, willing to work under pressure and good team player;

• Willing to travel overseas;

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a position of Public Relations Officer.
