Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for system modules;

• Manage troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or external consultants as needed;

• Assist in system testing, upgrades, and implementations;

• Create and update user guides and training materials;

• Monitor system performance and propose optimization measures;

• Support integration between business systems;

• Handle document incidents, resolutions, and change requests;

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines;

• Around 2–3 years of system support experience, preferably with SAP or similar ERP platforms;

• Understanding of SQL language and queries;

• Independent, proactive, good team player, willing to work under pressure and collaborate with different stakeholders in a complex environment;

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
