Role Purpose:
Our Accountant / Assistant Accountant (AR) is responsible for handling daily account receivable duties including payment collection, reconciliation, reports and analysis.
What you will be handling:
- Follow up on collection status and handle customer payment inquiries
- Collaborate with business owners across departments and countries to ensure timely collection of information to meet deadlines
- Ensure data inputted in Company’s accounting system are reconciled and complies with established accounting policies, rules & procedures
- Participate in the preparation of financial and managerial reports, including aging report, financial analyses, forecasting, cash flow review, audit and taxation
- Present report findings to management
- Perform daily accounting duties and provide backup support to the team
- Continuously seek ways to improve system processes

Experience, knowledge and skills required:
- Degree in Accounting, preferably a member of HKICPA, CFA, ACCA, or an equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational companies
- Experience with SAP system is advantageous
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / TEAMS)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
