Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for daily reception duties and ensure the co-working space is fully operational

• Schedule and lead site tours

• Maintain and update data to operating system

• Follow up on enquiries through CRM System

• Manage client agreements, invoices and payments

• Report maintenance issues

• Contribution in online marketing and social media

• Establish business partnerships for the community

• Help out in community events

• Build strong relationships between members

• Provide administrative/operational support to marketing teams

• Work from different locations

• Work with the team to achieve sales target while maintaining high occupancy

Requirements:

• University graduate preferred  

• Relevant Customer Services working experience in Hospitality / Co-working Space / Serviced Office / Airline industry is highly preferred

• Must have good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Passionate for entrepreneurial communities

• Outgoing, Proactive, Good Organizing Skills, Result oriented, Multi tasking, Self-motivated, Good Work ethics, High Integrity, Dependability and Accountability
