Responsibilities:

• Handle Opening and Closing of the shop depending on the schedule

• Maintain excellent customer service

• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the shop

• Good understanding of the menu items to guide customers

• Keep the merchandising areas well organized & attractive

• Implementing the workflow & supervise the front of house team

• Coaching staffs on sales program & customer's approach (welcome, answer questions)

• Arranging the roster

• Ordering Food & Drinks to suppliers & handling the end of year inventory

• Limiting wastage of fresh products & adjusting orders

• Taking decisions / reporting issues / asking for help in certain situations

• Handling customer’s requests
   

Requirements:
• • Must be able to arrive at 06:30am
• • Good command of spoken English
• • Good communication skills and positive attitude
• • Team player
• • Willing to learn & demonstrating interest in the F&B service industry
• • Experience in handling a POS & computer tasks is a +++
• • Good command in making coffee is a +++
• • Neat & High level of personal hygiene
 

Working hours: 8.25 hours + 1 hour break per shift
Straight Shifts: 06:30-15:45 & 12:15-21:30 (including 1 hour meal break)
Day off: 5 days off per month
