Digital PR & Brand Marketing Executive

VIVIENNE TAM is seeking a talented and creative Digital PR & Brand Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, arts, culture and emerging AI generation technologies, brings a positive mindset, enjoys exploring fresh ideas and new technologies with an open mind. They should be able to think outside the box while also understanding market trends, customer needs and the latest technology developments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts - Instagram, Facebook and China Little Red book, and online store

• Ability to design, create contents (graphics, videos and copywriting) for social media, event and email marketing on schedule and brand standard

• Manage and monitor influencer and affiliate marketing and deliver biweekly reporting of performance

• Develop strategies to build exposure and enhance brand engagement

• Support the team in formulating community-related to engage with customers to boost brand loyalty

• Conduct market research for the best practices and understanding consumers' behavior and shopping experience

• Collaborate and liaise with internal & external parties on all marketing projects

• Work closely with design, operation and project team

• Handle press enquiries and celebrity dressing, maintain strong relationships with media and talent

• Co-ordinate and scheduling regular online products launch (i.e. photo shooting, product checking etc.)

• Support live coverage of events, shoots, or sample sales

• Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or high diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, Advertising or Business related disciplines

• At least 2 years proven previous experience, fashion or luxury goods and with overseas experience is preferable

• Experience and knowledge in content marketing

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and energetic personality

• A good team player, proactive, able to work under high pressure and willing to take responsibility

• Independent, passionate, well-organized and attention to details

• Skills in Photography, Graphic Design (Adobe Suite Photoshop & Illustrator), Video-editing, Google Analytics and Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database programs, and Outlook)

• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
