About the role

VIVIENNE TAM is seeking a talented and creative Senior Fashion Designer / Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. Candidates with pattern making and draping skill is preferrable. The ideal candidate loves arts and fashion, combines creative design talent with technical skill in pattern making and draping. Enjoys making beautiful designs and exploring fresh ideas with an open mind. They should be able to think outside the box while also understanding market trends, customer needs, and the latest technology developments.

What we're looking for

• A true love of fashion—someone who lives and breathes it—and is passionate about art, culture, and new AI generation technologies.

• The ability to think outside the box and a strong understanding of customer needs.

• 10+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within luxury fashion, love handwork, skill in pattern making, draping, garment construction and fitting.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, technical skills, and your ability to turn trends into commercially successful products.

• Good hand-sketching ability.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and fashion CAD programs

• A Strong fashion sense and good appreciation of arts and aesthetics.

• A positive thinking, open-minded attitude, and willingness to continuously learn and grow.
