Key Account Manager

A leading API platform provider is currently expanding quickly in Asia. They are urgently looking for a energetic and aggressive IT solution sales to join their fast growing team in Hong Kong.

Client Details

Our client is a leading API Platform that provides tools for voice, messaging and phone verification. The product allows developers to embed programmable communications into mobile apps, websites and business systems. For enterprises, our client can reimagine their digital customer experiences by providing them with the tools they need so that they can easily communicate with customers in real-time through text messaging, chat, social media and voice.


The key responsibility for this candidate is to build his or her pipeline basing on the candidate's experience and collaborate on sales strategies. The daily responsible for this candidate will be discussing account trends, advising on changes and coordinating quotes and sales opportunities with top managers on a regular and recurring basis. This candidate also need to analyse account base to determine key areas of opportunity, create and present sales and revenue forecasts based on account base analysis, develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue and profits. As a Business Development Manager, the candidate needs to grow net revenue from existing accounts and new accounts as he or she
targets the hottest enterprise and start up organisations to understand their business objectives and consult on how to achieve them by leveraging company's communication platforms.


The successful candidate needs to have at least 3 years experience within the SaaS, Cloud, Storage, Data or Security industries, where he or she will have taken a solution oriented sales approach to the full sales life-cycle, driving company growth by consistently building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, meeting and aggressively exceed targets. This candidate will need to hunt new targets include relevant and large Digital Natives (ISVs, SaaS, digital first companies) and Agile Enterprises. With plenty of defined key verticals such as Transport/Logistic tech innovators, Digital Marketplaces, E-Commerce and Call Centres, new logo wins will be second nature to this candidate. The candidate also need to excel at maintaining good client relationship. The candidate will have to partner with pre-sales for the best solutions as well. Chinese and English are mandatory.
