Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager - APAC

A highly reputable and multinational company, our client is now seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist to manage their Regional Compensation & Benefits programmes and processes in direct partnership with the APAC Head and Global HR team.

Description

  • Support the Regional APAC Head of Total Rewards across the full-spectrum of C&B duties to meet business strategy and culture locally and across the Region
  • Lead and develop the C&B specialist team to monitor and coordinate all C&B related duties, to ensure one stop HR service delivery to the business in alignment with Global C&B framework and policies
  • Review and improve the Regional C&B structure and polices, including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job Grading to Benefits Review for the region
  • Develop, execute and review C&B policies and procedures for assigned departments and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for C&B related cases in partnership with Regional HR teams and Global policy
  • Participate in the development, implementation, governance and management of Global C&B tools, programmes and processes
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily service in all C&B areas and drive continuous improvements to the function
  • Partner closely with Regional HRBP's and business leaders to support on all C&B projects and initiatives
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects and HRIS system related integration and projects at the Global level
  • Lead, manage and develop C&B junior team members

Profile

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Finance or relevant degree
  • At least 8+ years of progressive Regional Human Resources experience primarily in the area of compensation (solid understanding of commission structure, payroll, taxation, benefits bench-marking, etc)
  • Leadership experience working within MNC work environment, Regional experience is a must for this role
  • Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations
  • Experience using HRIS systems, high proficiency in MS Office with analytical mindset
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication ability working in a dynamic and international environment
  • Strong time management ability and forward thinking with strong analytical and presentation ability
  • Project management experience will be a strong advantage for this role
  • Manager title can be offered to less experienced candidates
