Regional Sales Manager – Spirits Company

A brand new opportunity is now available for a professional within the Spirits industry to join an energetic and innovative brand! This is the first position to be based in Asia and will be managing the Asia Pacific region.

Client Details

Our client is an innovator within the spirits industry and they are now looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for their Asia Pacific business. You will be part of an energetic culture and will be the company and brand representative for the region. This is an exciting and active sales role and will require frequent travel.


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of the Asia Pacific market. You will be working with existing partners in the region to identify opportunities and to grow distribution for each market. It is key that you are developing long term relationships with partners, clients and key accounts. Additionally, you will have the responsibility to open to markets, creating route-to-market plans and identifying new partners.


The Successful Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a regional role with Spirits. You must have experience working with the nightlife on-trade channels. The candidate must be energetic, innovative, hands-on, entrepreneurial, driven and self-motivated. The successful candidate must have a strong business mindset and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients and partners. As this is a regional role, there will be high levels of travel. Fluency in English is mandatory.
