Admin & HR Director / Office Manager / Admin & HR Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality Recruitment & Selection services to internal customers, mainly Department Managers and Divisional Directors and Senior Managerial Level;
  • Work closely with the functional managers to understand business needs and provide professional HR advice and services to achieve short or long-term goals;
  • Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process / interview and job description review;
  • Define, formulate, and implement motivative Salary Scales and Commission Schemes for front line Sales Teams & Sourcing Teams;
  • Define, formulate, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure Staff Performance on a regular basis;
  • Define, formulate, and implement a sound HR management system, C & B programs, policy and regulation, etc. to ensure the efficiency of the operations for the company;
  • Manage staff development and training programs and other HR initiatives/projects to achieve business objectives;
  • Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review and decision-making;
  • Create, demonstrate and maintain strong relationship and morale between employee and the company;
  • Demonstrate strong employee relationship and morale;
  • Development and Maintain an effective Office Administration Procedures and Folders;
  • Manage general office administration, office relocations, new office setup in China/Taiwan/other countries, office renovation/maintenance, company events, and other ad hoc admin. Projects;
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff’
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions;
  • Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records;
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement;
  • Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments;
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
  • Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 to 10 years HR experience in MNCs or sizable companies, preferably over 2 years in managerial role. Strong in recruitment and selection will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, diplomatic and flexible with strong commitment in career
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR affairs in Greater China or Overseas will be an advantage but not a MUST
