Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender submission;

• Conducting analysis of sub-contractor’s quotation and price negotiation;

• Preparation of quotations and subcontract documents

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent;

• Experience in curtain wall and aluminium works is preferable;

• Min.3 years relevant working experience, less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.)
