Mitsubishi Elevator Hong Kong Company Limited undertakes sales, installation, maintenance and modernization of lifts and escalators manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan. We are inviting high calibre candidates to apply for the following position:

Assistant Manager, Compliance & Company Secretarial

What will you be doing?

Formulate and maintain compliance policies

  • Coordinate legal matters, provide practical legal advice and support user departments on compliance matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and correspondences; provide practical comments on legal documents including contract terms & conditions, agreements and correspondences, etc.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement; Coordinate audit events
  • Act as Company Secretary and oversee all related works and services for the Group Companies
  • Handle group licensing matters
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Who are we looking for:

  • Degree holder in law or accounting; member of HKICPA / ICSA / HKICS will be an advantage
  • 3-5 years' relevant working experience, preferable with experience in E&M or Construction industry
  • Excellent of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to corporate governance and board requirements
  • Good Communication skills, business sense with practical, cooperative and good interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available will be an advantage.
