Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement various dental and operational projects to foster service innovation and process improvement.
- Play a key role in the business development and expansion of the clinic group, identifying growth opportunities and supporting new clinic setup and market strategies.
- Manage daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, medical record maintenance, and inventory control.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of all clinic staff to build an efficient and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor clinic costs and profitability, analyze operational data, and propose actionable improvements.
- Act as the key liaison between the clinic, patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of clinic staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management; dental or medical group management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks, monitor progress, and drive project completion.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive attitude, critical thinking ability, and adaptability to changing demands.
- Proficient in written English and competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for daily tasks and presentations.
- Familiarity with healthcare management systems and proven success in process optimization and operational enhancement.
- A degree or professional certification in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
