Key Accountabilities

-          Responsible for daily finance operations including keeping of full set of accounts, ledge posting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivables, preparation of P/L accounts and balance sheet, etc.

-          Process store expenses claim               

-          Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation

-          Prepare financial and management reporting, cash flow forecast.

-          Handle the annual audit and year-end process

-          Handle Corporate income tax filing

-          Taking care of Company insurance matters and company secretarial matters

-          Involved in internal control, internal audit, tax compliance work and stock-take;

-          Facilitate the implementation of digital tools to streamline accounting process and enhance operational efficiency.

-          Perform accounting system enhancement UATs/ upgrade.

-          Participate in the preparation of financial data, analyzing for reporting, forecast and business operation.

-          Provides supports to operation and business related to financial aspects

-          Participate in ad hoc and special projects if required                                                                       

Requirements:

-          Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines

-          Qualified Accountant or equivalent qualification

-          At least 8 years' exposure in a sizable MNC, fashion retail is an advantage

-          Prior auditing experience is a plus     

-          Accounting knowledge & experience in Hong Kong and Macau

-          Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Concur and knowledge of SAP is an advantage

-          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

-          Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

-          Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
