Job Description

This is a fast-paced, organised and multicultural team, you will be assigned to support our teachers and handle administrative and customer service duties.     

The candidate will be responsible for

• Manage center operations and handle general administration work
• Perform high quality customer services at Front Desk
• Promote company’s services & products to perspective customers
• Handle customers’s enquiries & complaints
• Provide support for Center Manager & Teachers

Our Requirements:

• Possess 1 to 3 years working experience in administration/customer service of educational industry will be highly recommended, DSE / Fresh Graduate also welcome
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is a MUST.   
• Love kids and willing to take care of those in age 3-12 years old    
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel,
• Well-orangized is essential, detail-minded and multi-tasking skills
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• DSE, Diploma/ Degree or above required
