Product Development Specialist (HQ Ref. #P22071)

Roles and Duties

  • Evaluate and improve current product within the organization.
  • Responsible on new product development and provide routine comparative analysis on market dynamics and competition.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to help frontline staff maximize sales.
  • Maximize business opportunities through data analysis.
  • Plan and deliver strategy for all on and offline promotional materials, social events, website and social media.
  • Achieve objectives within financial parameters including budgets, variances, expenditures.
  • Coordinate the initial execution of designated ad-hoc projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7 years or above relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
  • Experience in Education industry is a must
  • Experience in curriculum development will be an advantage
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent in written & spoken English, Cantonese will be an advantage
