Skills and Competencies

  • 2–3 years of working experience in financial services industry. Experience in financial markets is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, fast learner, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid problem‑solving abilities

  • Customer and stakeholder-focused, engaging, detail-oriented, and resourceful team player

  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Education

  • University graduate with a Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Acting as an integral role in the relationship management efforts for existing clients and prospects in Greater China

  • Planning and execution of relationship management programs

  • Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and assisting in managing client enquiries and engagement related matters

  • Liaising with various internal departments (including analytical team, legal team, and other supporting functions)

  • Liaising with KYC team for all clients’ KYC/AML related matters

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations for clients, and coordinating client and intermediary meetings

  • Managing and updating internal systems and other relationship management tools. Handling sales operations, including coordination with billing and collection teams

  • Working as part of the regional team spanning the entire spectrum of Moody’s business activities
