Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion.

• Oversee cost management and prepare reports to maintain clear data for the company.

• Communicate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth and timely processes.

• Organize and maintain quotation documents.

• Assist with all logistics arrangements.

• Ensure high accuracy in handling online store shipping and retail store replenishment logistics.

• Maintain good communication with various departments in Hong Kong and warehouses in Mainland China to manage clear and accurate inventory reports.

• Organize logistics pricing lists and freight reports.

• Arrange international import and export shipments.

• Conduct regular inventory checks, verify stock quantities, label, package, and organize warehouse tasks.

• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, communicate effectively with colleagues, and work independently.

• Some physical labor may be required.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or higher education level.

2. 2 years of experience in project management, logistics, or warehouse operations; proactive, diligent, responsible, serious, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.

3. Experience in retail warehouse operations and immediate availability is preferred.

4. Proficient in Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese and English.

5. Familiar with Word and Excel.

6. Experience using pallet jacks and possession of a Class 1 or 2 driving license is an advantage.
   

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Two days off per week
