Moon Grass Design Workshop Limited is expanding its interior design and consultancy business in Hong Kong. To cater for its development, we are now looking for high caliber individual to join our company as:

              Interior Designer (Fit-out Project)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Unique, Strong, Creative & innovative design sense

• Meet with client goals, co-ordinate with project team and take lead in managing projects in design team

• Initiate creative design concept, direct delegate and assign tasks appropriately for all design process from schematic design to design development

• Handle full set of drawings (including concept design) and presentation

• Assist in the presentation of proposals, tender document

• Able to multi-task to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, be proactive and able to work in team environment

• Materials & Accessories sourcing, order placing and delivery follow up

• Coordinate & liaise with clients, contractors, vendor & project team members 

• Willing to work under pressure, overtime and able to work independently

• 
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Diploma / IVE, Interior Design or relevant discipline graduate

• Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software

• Able to handle full set of design and construction drawings

• At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably in Fit-Out / Commercial Projects   

• Strong experience in space planning / conceptual design / sketching / technical coordination and drawing production

• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese

• Available immediately
