Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of financial statements and group reporting packages in accordance with various GAAPs, including HKFRS, IFRS, US GAAP, and other local standards.
• Supervise and mentor your engagement field team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.
• Act as the audit in-charge for larger clients, leading the team through briefings and delivering comprehensive audit services.
• Work on audit assignments for clients across various industries, primarily focusing on Hong Kong and China. Involve in the audit of internal controls over financial reporting and participate in ad-hoc projects such as due diligence reviews.
   

Qualifications:

• At least two years audit experience with a CPA firm. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Audit assistant or Semi-senior.
• Diploma / Associated Degree / Degree Holder in accounting or related disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong technical skills and able to research accounting issues in a wide variety of GAAPs.
• Self-starters with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
• Experience across all industry sectors is welcomed.
• A willingness to travel on business demand
• Immediate available is preferred

For Audit Assistant

• Degree in Accounting and completion of certificate stage of ACCA/ HKICPA
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge of Mandarin preferable
