POSITION MISSION
We are hiring a Logistics Assistant/ 物流助理, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the logistics function, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of the staff and shipment. He/She will be reporting to and assisting the Logistics Assistant Manager to organize warehouse resources to achieve company and department objectives.
We are looking for a passionate professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Comfortable in handling a wide range of operational and administrative duties and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
POSITION MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Processing: Receive and review prescription glasses orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Communication with Optical Labs: Coordinate with optical labs to track order progress and address any issues or delays.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of prescription glasses, lenses, and frames.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on prescription glasses orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Tracking and Documentation: Maintain order tracking system and keep records of communications and transactions.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status and delivery.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems related to prescription glasses orders.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and suggest improvements to the order management process.
Required Skills & Experience
• A high school diploma
• 1-2 years experience working in logistics/warehouse function
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent in both spoken and written • English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
• Great team player with excellent communication skills
