About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Moty's Design Ltd as a Business Development Manager and Assistant to the Founder. As a full-time position based in the Wan Chai District, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic growth and supporting the Founder in the day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand Moty's Design Ltd's client base
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Assisting the Founder with administrative tasks and general business operations
• Providing market research and analysis to inform the company's growth strategy
• Representing the company at industry events and networking functions
• Contributing to the development of marketing and promotional materials
• Supporting the implementation of new initiatives and projects

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business development or client-facing role, preferably within the design and architecture industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Familiarity with the local design and architecture market and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant business software
• Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and development of a dynamic, creative agency
