Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff to perform maintenance activities for all facility maintenance systems / equipment and carry out failure investigation in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
• Monitor maintenance contractor’s quality, safety and performance on maintenance works, as well as co-ordinate the C&R Works on site
• Assist in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
