Responsibilities:

• Develop new products and broaden product portfolio for assigned food merchandising team according to company strategies and disseminate the knowledge to the teams
• Negotiate with overseas/local suppliers in consumption of assigned categories’ products, which include trading terms, product costs in purpose to build a long-term strategic partnership
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines
• Solid QA and factory audit experience, exposure to food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred
• Basic MS Office skills, excellent in excel
• Good knowledge in Hong Kong regulations for food safety and product labeling
• Basic shipment knowledge is preferable
• Self-motivated, positive and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
