Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle all purchasing activities including PO follow up, price negotiation, quotation and order processing
• Maintain and update the record of menu specifications in ERP and POS system
• Support purchasing manager to plan & implement purchasing strategies and handle food and non food procurement request including sourcing, evaluating procurement costing and quality of supplier for better terms
• Monitor stock level and replenishment status on a timely basis
• Monitoring and evaluate vendor performance
• Support business development project and event
• Provide administrative and clerical work support

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma Holder or above
• Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience in Food & Beverage Industry. Experience in F&B supplier and equipment is advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
