Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely daily inbound & outbound shipment arrangement with accurate documentation 
  • Actively collaborate with external & internal departments to effectively trouble shoot shipment delay, damage and any other issues 
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement in daily operation to enhance productivity & efficiency
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Logistics Management
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in logistics (Fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua; Good communication skills & teamwork spirits
  • Self-motivated candidate with customer-oriented mindset and attention to details; High sensitivity to data and number is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point & Word
  • Travel to PRC might be needed
