A private group is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Company Secretary (Assistant):

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date statutory records, registers and filings for Hong Kong and BVI and companies

• Draft and maintain meeting minutes

• Oversee office administration tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in similar role

• Member or associate of HKICS / ICSA preferred

• Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and detailed-oriented

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is essential.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
