Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, interim, and year-end closing for management companies and properties, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations

• Prepare monthly sub-consolidation, management reports and variance analysis accurately and timely

• Liaise with external auditors to prepare annual audits, tax schedules and other supplementary documents

• Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with company policies and applicable statutory and tax reporting requirements

• Work with the IT team and system service providers to troubleshoot system issues and conduct testing

• Support finance team members with financial systems and reports

• Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in Property Management Industry

• Student Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications

• Experience in system enhancement and with knowledge in D365 and Oracle system is preferred

• Skilled in using MS Excel; knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plus

• Good commend of Cantonese and English

• Work independently and manage pressure with tight deadlines

• Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
