Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate sales strategies for the cigar product line and achieve performance targets.

2. Develop high-end individual clients, corporate clients, and cross-industry cooperation opportunities.

3. Manage store or counter display, inventory, and sales staff for physical retail locations.

4. Plan and execute brand tasting events, VIP activities, and cultural promotion initiatives.

5. Stay informed on market trends, competitor dynamics, and import regulations.

6. Maintain and strengthen cooperative relationships with distributors.

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in cigars, premium tobacco, spirits/wine, or luxury retail.

2. Strong knowledge of cigar including cigar brands, producing regions, storage conditions, and tasting/appreciation expertise.

3. Proven abilities in business development, team management, and client relationship maintenance.

4. Candidates with established high-end networks or prior experience in private clubs, golf courses, hotels, or similar channels are preferred.

5. Fluent English communication skills (capable of interacting with international brands and suppliers).

6. Holder of a recognized Cigar Sommelier certification is a plus.

7. Practical experience collaborating with cigar clubs, golf courses, private members' clubs, or similar premium venues is preferred.
