Mechanical Technician (Entry level)

工作職責

  1. 制定並實施設備管理計劃，進行保養、排查及修復等維護工作，確保設備安全高效運行；

  2. 評估和管理設備供應商，進行設備採購；

  3. 設備安裝和調試，並確保設備符合安全標準和操作規程；

  4. 設備升級，根據業務需求和設備實際情況，合理規劃設備更新計劃；

  5. 對設備運行情況進行總結和分析，並提出設備改進措施；

  6. 協助編制部門或項目技術規格和操作規程，並確保設備滿足相關需求；

  1. 關注設備安全問題，確保設備安全、環保運行. 

工作時間

星期一至五，8:00~16:30。視公司訂單情況，星期六或需上班，有週六值班津貼。


所需資歷

  1. 持有自動化、機械或煙草相關學科學士（或以上）學位；

  2. 熟悉設備管理理論，瞭解設備管理方法和流程；

  3. 具有較強的溝通協調能力和團隊合作精神，能夠有效地與部門和項目成員溝通和合作；

  4. 對設備安全性有強烈的意識，具備良好的判斷能力和決策能力；

  5. 具有較強的數據分析和問題解決能力，能夠熟練運用數據分析工具進行數據分析和問題排查。

福利待遇

  1. 年尾雙糧、年終獎金、績效獎金；

  2. 勤工獎金，1月及9~12月每月$1200，2~8月每月$600 ；

  3. 一次性新人獎$2500；

  5. 綜合月均收入可達$22~23k（視資歷及經驗而定）。
