Online Banking Centre Manager (Operations)

Manage the daily operations of various business teams to achieve all kinds of operational and business targets.  Report and analyze the operational performance and drive for service enhancement. Plan, forecast, manage and reshuffle manpower and various resources according to the business needs and manage the duty rosters of various shifts accordingly. Establish the training management process, standard and system for gauging the training needs and delivering different kinds of trainings.  Arrange suitable solutions to meet the certification and continuous development needs of Online Banking Centre. Handle customer complaints related to Online Banking Centre, manage the investigation and prepare replies according to regulatory requirements. Enhance the quality of services delivered by regular monitoring of calls, timely inspection on operational procedures, analysis on achievement of KPIs and suggestion on service enhancement initiatives. Manage the design, procurement and utilization of various kinds of systems and operating equipment, e.g. PABX, IVRS and recording systems, to ensure the smooth and continuous operations of the Centre.


  • Full-time bachelor degree or above,
  • Proficient in call center business, with own cognition and understanding of operation; familiar with local industry situation and regulatory requirements;
  • Good communication and coordination skills; strong ability to work under pressure; project management skill is preferred.
  • Have certain data analysis ability; experience in managing workforce management systems for forecasting, scheduling, planning and scheduling is preferred;
  • With 5 years and more than 10 people management experience is preferred.
