We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to handle the end-to-end tender process. This role is critical to our business development, requiring precision in quantity surveying and coordination with external clients and internal project teams.

Sales Estimator

Your Role

·       Analyze & Quantify: Review tender documents including specifications, drawings and bill of quantities to perform accurate quantity take-offs and quotations.

·       Build Winning Bids: Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical submissions that win us projects.

·       Coordinate: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors post-tender to secure contracts.

·       Collaborate: Liaise with internal project teams to support project execution and contractual challenges resolution.

Who We're Looking For

·         Higher Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines.

·         1-2 years of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·         Experience in tender management, quotations, customer care, or business development is an advantage.

·         Strong cost consciousness and comprehension.

·         Strong communicator and relationship-builder.

·         Self-motivated, customer-focused, and driven.

·         Proficiency in MS excel.

·         Fluent in English and Chinese.
