National Hotels is looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99Bonham and One96.

To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.

Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible sales goals assigned in Corporate and Long-staying segments

  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls with key bookers of top and target accounts to maximize revenues from those accounts

  • Solicit new business opportunities through planned sales calls and telesales activities

  • Conduct hotel inspections for prospective clients and visitors

  • Perform other sales related duties as assigned by Director of Sales

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or above in hospitality management or related discipline

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in hospitality industry

  • Experience in corporate account conversion will be an advantage

  • Good communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

  • Familiar with Opera / Operetta system will be an advantage

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
