To cope with our business growth, we are now looking for a high calibre individual wishing to become part of our Brand Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for 360 brand marketing strategy with key responsibilities and qualifications summarized as follows:

Brand Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and identity consistency across all channels.

• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.

• Lead digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute digital campaigns effectively.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).

• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches.

• Develop compelling digital content in collaboration with creative teams.

• Ensure alignment between sales, medical, and marketing teams.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure strong trade marketing support.

• Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and vendors.

• Coordinate with regulatory/medical teams to ensure compliance in all communications.

• Track and report on brand health metrics and campaign ROI.

• Optimize marketing investments based on performance data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in brand management with strong digital marketing exposure.

• Experience in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry preferred.

• Proven track record of managing digital campaigns with measurable results.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, and content strategy.

• Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
