Manager, C&B and Shared Services (Function Head)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic C&B partner in managing timely and accurate C&B related reports (including commission scheme simulations and analysis), providing constructive feedback and comments on analysis results and trends to cope with business needs
  • Act as brand’s C&B subject-matter expert, work closely and review C&B operational matters. Ensure accuracy and conformance with regulations on payroll, MPF, tax filing, and other C&B related matters
  • Prepare regular scheduled reports and monitoring KPIs analysis, including monthly staff list, staff turnover, external report and statistics for management review
  • Responsible for annual exercise including budget & forecast, performance appraisal, salary review, bonus exercise, staff benefit review, insurance renewal and market salary survey
  • Lead the C&B team to develop and implement various C&B projects including incentive schemes and other reward initiatives
  • Review HR policies and procedures to make sure compliance with local regulations and group requirements
  • Manage HR system maintenance and future upgrades
  • Handle enquiries related to procedural and company policy
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits related areas, preferably from Health & Beauty, Retail or FMCG industry
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
  • A good team player and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Proactive, multi-tasking and well-organized
  • Strong sense of responsibility and strive for continuous improvement
  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
