Role Overview
Neo Derm is seeking an experienced Manager / Sr Manager / Director - Brand Marketing to lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success across our aesthetic and dermatology portfolio. This role will drive product positioning, launches, and performance while working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategy and annual marketing plans.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management (forecasting, pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization).
Drive successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with sales teams to deliver strong commercial execution and training.
Manage budgets and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, skincare, medical devices, or healthcare.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Proven track record of managing high-performing product portfolios.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
