Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner looking to take ownership of equipment reliability in a high-standards food manufacturing environment? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented planner to optimize our maintenance operations, drive continuous improvement, and keep our production lines running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule & Track Operations: Utilize CMMS/EAM systems to plan, track, and streamline routine preventive maintenance, work orders, and emergency repairs.

• Manage Stock & Deliveries: Oversee spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate incoming deliveries to guarantee necessary materials are always on hand without excess holding costs.

• Maximize Uptime: Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures to implement long-term solutions that boost overall reliability and eliminate downtime.

• Maintain High Standards: Ensure all equipment maintenance aligns strictly with food safety regulations and hygienic engineering standards.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion proactive maintenance strategies, manage vendor relationships, and lead reliability initiatives across the plant.

• Align Cross-Functional Operations: Partner closely with Production and Engineering teams to align upcoming maintenance schedules, coordinate planned shutdowns, and drive clear follow-up actions to minimize operational disruptions.

• Streamline Procurement & Finance: Partner closely with Procurement and Finance teams to generate and approve Purchase Requests (PRs), issue Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure seamless processing.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Background: 3–5 years of maintenance planning experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of industrial equipment repair, preventive maintenance processes, and hygiene engineering.

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise using SAP, CMMS or EAM software to plan and measure maintenance activities.

• Problem Solver: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational challenges and implement sustainable fixes.

• Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, plant leadership, and suppliers.
