Job Responsibilities:

• Handling customers request and troubleshooting
• Perform support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
• Perform security logs review, security settings and apply the security patches to the security equipments
• Configuration, Monitor and Maintenance the Network Box system
• Perform security response tasks, eg. threats scanning signatures
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Security Manager

Job Requirements:

• Experience of TCP/IP and Networking troubleshoot
• Knowledge in Cyber Security
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Degree holder in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1 year of experience working in information security-related capacity is preferred
• Experience on Unix/Linux is an advantage
• Shift duty required
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position
