Concierge Officer (day shift or night shift)

Concierge Officer
Responsibilities

  • Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations
  • Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop service to residents
  • Manage residents' inquiries from all channels and achieve company's key performance indicators
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Staff are required to perform shift duty including (07:00-16:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 14:00-23:00)
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & Green Card
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in customer service industry
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Knowledge in basic PC skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese

Concierge Officer (Night Shift)
Responsibilities

  • Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations
  • Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop service to residents
  • Manage residents' inquiries from all channels and achieve company's key performance indicators
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Staff are required to perform shift duty at night shift (22:30-07:30)
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines
  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & Green Card
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in customer service industry
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Knowledge in basic PC skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese
