SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER
Requirement:
•Higher Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines.
•Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in property management.
•Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related
ordinances.
•Service oriented and self-motivated.
•Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc.
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Key Responsibility:
•Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction by providing prompt and
courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants.
•Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if
required.
•Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports.
•Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams.
•Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and
resolve problems arising from residents/tenants.
•Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties.
