Project Manager (MKCLR/PM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Project Manager to join our team. Serving as a key liaison between the organization, community partners, and donors, this role ensures that donated goods and services align with the needs of our service users. By managing partnerships, nurturing donors, and maintaining accurate and timely records, the Project Manager plays a critical role in expanding the organization’s capacity and impact on underprivileged communities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Develop, manage, and grow partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and individual donors to increase in-kind donations and discount offers that align with organization needs.
  • Donation Drives: Organize initiatives to secure material donations and negotiate service discounts aimed at uplifting the underprivileged.
  • Collaboration Activities: Plan and promote community engagement activities to strengthen the collaboration network among government, business and community sectors.
  • Resource Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for resource acquisition, ensuring alignment with our mission and community needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or equivalent with experience in community engagement, development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in fundraising, managing community partnerships, or stewarding in-kind donations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Creative and detailed-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and capable to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

 

Working Location: Mongkok

Working hours: Five-day work and shift duty on weekdays, weekends, nights and public holidays.
