This role will in charge of website content, and meeting the web traffic KPI.  Hence experience in driving website traffic is crucial, with the sensitivity in picking the right trending topic, put in the right angle to create high views content related to our brand is crucial.  Basic business and finance understanding is necessary, but very hardcord indepth finance knowledge is not a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for website content, and meeting the web traffic KPI
• Content development and online articles for our business and finance website. In charge of traffic driving content including social media feeds, eDM, web pushes etc.
• Research, create and edit content with SEO approach on various topics along finance / investment / property / banking / SME / management & leadership / career development.
• Maintain accuracy of content on a daily basis through CMS to ensure content updates.
• You will also in charge of website maintenance and enhancement, new feature development, and also campaigns run on the website e.g. Investment Outlook
• Blogger/freelancers management: Liaise with bloggers and freelancers to provide quality content that fit for our brands
• Ensure content produced meets editorial and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital content development, with experience in finance / investment / property / banking / SME / management & leadership / brand story (at least 2+ topic nature).
• Able to create content that drives traffic and engagement along the finance and business scope
• Good language ability, good writing and editing skills.
• Familiar to web traffic analytics and SEO is a must.  Able to identify the reasons for traffic patterns and derive follow up actions is important.
• Responsible, with initiative, and able to work under deadlines
• Tactful people skills as the role need to work with different internal teams and also columnists and bloggers.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as 「Content Manager」
