Responsibilities

• Business Development: develop new business for cross-platform initiatives and campaigns, including proposal preparation and idea presentation.
• Maintain an engaging relationship with clients and agencies. Work closely with clients and agencies to launch brand campaigns and conversion-based projects in our finance and business channels.
• Client Servicing: Have the sensitivity to understand clients’ marketing needs and be able to propose suitable solutions. Able to grow a client and build client relationship for continuous revenue streams
• Project Management: Manage clients’ projects including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.

Characters / Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in client servicing. Knowledge on banking and finance brands, either agency side or in-house digital marketing will be an advantage.
• Good project management skills, able to well handle different parties, solve conflicts and coordinate under tight deadlines.
• Good presentation skills. Able to develop and deliver a strategic pitch. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills that are able to work well with clients, media agencies, and creative content teams.
• Self-motivated showing a strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Account Executive role
