Duties

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, your major duties will include:

• Monitor and administer the NP360’s computerized Ticketing and POS systems as well as computer network;
• Provide day-to-day technical support in areas of computer troubleshooting and software usage;
• Handle hardware acquisition recommendations including analyzing hardware and software specifications, acquire preliminary quotations and provide recommendations according to budget;
• Produce relevant operating documents/reports of IT systems;
• Perform testing environment setup for new software evaluation;
• Perform information security and cyber security risk assessments based on common security tools and frameworks;
• Perform daily security operation tasks, such as reviewing security events and logs, perform diagnosis and respond to security incidents, investigate phishing emails and websites;
• Lead and manage digital transformation projects, and
• Assist Information Systems Manager to maintain cyber security policies and guidelines as well as relevant cyber security standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Holder of Degree in related discipline
• At least 4 years’ IT experience of which minimum 1 year in managing servers and networks of a sizeable company
• Comprehensive IT and cyber security knowledge
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and related technologies
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
