Duties

• Coordinate and implement regular and seasonal marketing event campaigns
• Liaise with event agencies, contractors and event related vendors to ensure successful launches of campaigns and events
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
• Assist in preparation of marketing reports and analysis to evaluate performance of marketing programs
• Update website content, implement website performance tracking, analysis and reports preparation
• Support the purchasing process, departmental budget coordination and reporting, news clipping report and other administrative works.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors                          

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related disciplines
• 4 years or above of relevant working and event experience in Public Relations, Communication, or Marketing roles  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to use common graphic design software and design digital graphic materials will be an advantage
• Creative, communicative, responsible and capable for multi-tasking
