Duties

• Execute day-to-day logistics of cable car parts inventory, fixed assets, project spares, general consumable spares and manage the handling from suppliers to warehouse and in-house customers
• Update daily inventory records and support the scheduled stocktaking
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving stocks
• Coordinate the onsite and documentation work of Incoming Goods Inspection
• Check the safety of Dangerous Goods (DG) Store and keep monitoring the dangerous goods placed in store
• Utilize inventory management system (e.g. Flex system) for daily inventory management

Requirements

• School Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in carrying out stock control / accounting in engineering field and incoming goods inspection of engineering parts and machineries.
• Good knowledge in stock control and sound knowledge in assembly drawings
• Possess high safety awareness, good communication skills, positive attitude, keen to learn and responsible
• Willing to work independently and in holidays if necessary
