Deputy HR Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR services

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR system data

  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines

  • Support in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, salary reviews with quality and timeliness

  • Organize staff activities and events

  • Lead HR team members to ensure quality and accuracy of work

  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Independent, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
